Not great eating so much popcorn yesterday. Eat really well today to make up for it :)
I will go for a run and exercise at least for a half an hour because it does make a difference and will make me feel much better. I will eat better for the rest of the day and not have too much to drink tonight because I'll feel awful about it in the morning. YOU CAN DO THIS.
