So I'm already losing a ton of water weight. I started drinking a gallon+ water a day on Tuesday and drastically changed what I was eating. I wouldn't necessarily call it the Atkins Diet (what I started on Tuesday), but it definitely was a big difference from what I used to eat. I've been exercising regularly and taking my supplements. I weighed myself on Wednesday and it came to 297lbs. I weighed myself today, Friday the 29th, and I clocked in at 292lbs. 5lbs in a couple of days sounds outrageous, and I know it is just a massive amount of water weight. I'm excited to see where this takes me. I want to get healthy for my wife and daughter.
