Yes!!!! Persistence!!! Nice entry!!! Discipline! Do it!!! :) I'm with it too!!! In my health/life journey, I came up with a saying "Have the strength to restart something, courage to start something new, and discipline for both!" It applies to my weight loss, having lost and regained more than 100 lbs twice before, I was kind of "deflated" LOL... I did not feel like restarting a new diet... but I did it, counting calories here, I started something new - exercising, and I do need the discipline for both... and now, a new word PERSISTENCE!
