Woohoo!! This has been the best 10 lbs I have ever lost!! My last 2 walks, felt so much better, no chest tightness, or heavy breathing, it's amazing how just 10 lbs off your joints and body make such an impact. Yee hawww, LOVE this feeling....now, if I can just bottle it up so I can use it on those down days!! I will have to go through and re-read my journal to keep myself motivated, knowing I can do this! I can just walk out my door and start my walk, it doesn't have to be for a certain period of time as long as I get up and get out of the house and just start moving!!! Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!!!!

Now this is the attitude that i love seeing from you! "WEIGH" to go on the 10lbs, thats the way to do it! reap the rewards and congratulate yourself. im so glad to hear its getting easier for you too. And just remember on those down days or the days when you think of excuses to not go for your walk...think of how great you feel in moments like these. SO SO PROUD...keep up the good work, reset for a new mini goal like hitting a new hill on your walk and lets shed some more together! yay :)

I hear ya about the down days...I wish we could bottle up the good days and pour some out when we're gloomy, but you've managed to bounce back and I'm sooo proud of your success!!! You deserve every bit of happiness that you're achieving :D xoxxo

Thank-you guys, you all keep me so motivated! I love FS!! I am going different places on my walks so I don't get bored! Actually last week my husband and I were craving some ice cream, our grocery store is about 3/4 of a mile away, so we decided we would walk up there to get some and by the time we got there we didn't want any and walked right by!! That was a good feeling!
