It's okay. Sometimes our bodies need extra calories. As long as your average calorie in-take for the week or even two weeks is within acceptable limits you're still "in compliance" :-) I wouldn't worry about that slip-up that so many of us do during the week of our periods. It's the rest of your life that makes the difference. Continue to respect your body, and fill it with healthy choices and you'll be fine.
