Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that. Beleive me I know how frustrating it can be. I thought I was staling in the past days and the problem was I was eating the same choices for lunch and diner. Had chicken and cabage soup for lunch and tomatoes and lean beef for diner with different fruit options as well. I'm down 2.2 lbs today. Have you tried an apple day?
