cant blieve ho much weight ive lost this week! Imsooo please with myself more fluids, less food ,more exercise ! and loads of walking! spicey stir fry seems o help too (speeds up maaboism , But I do know tat i go up and down yesturday a gained a pound from somewhere and today the pounds has gone plus two morre! omg! on and upwards GO ME!
