:-( a LITTLE HIGH ON THE CARBS BUT I HAD A ROUGH DAY! NEED TO WORK ON THE PROTEIN INTAKE. I JUST WASNT IN THE MOOD FOR MY SHAKE AND THATS WHERE I GET THE MOST PROTEIN WITH THE LEAST CARBS/CALORIES....TODAY IS A NEW DAY!
