Wow, pretty slow loss this week for how militant I am being. Guess I will just wait for that great morning when I am down three all of a sudden. Those are fun.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't worry about your daily loss. We don't lose every day. Look at your weekly loss. Most people lose one or two pounds a week. You have lost 4 pounds in barely a week. I think that is pretty amazing. You have to keep expectations realistic in weight loss. Some one who has 100lbs to lose, will lose much bigger than someone who has a lot less. You are doing great.
