Wow! This is a little more challenging than i thought! LOL! It's hard to make sure you get the right percentages of all macro-nutrients on the CC diet but I will get it...this is my first real day and I didn't have time this weekend to PLAN out my food as I normally will.
Today's goal was
192 Grams of Carbs and Protein and only 41 grams of Fat. I went a bit over on the fat and a bit under on Carbs and Protein. It's hard to eat that much! That is why it's important to choose the RIGHT foods.
I will work on it but this is a start. The Low Carb day is tomorrow and will be a piece of cake! I am used to that! LOL!
