I've been using the mobile app for approximatly 3 weeks, and have lost a total of 11 lbs. I want to get more out of my weight loss efforts, so I thought that I would set several attainable goals, and put them to paper, so to speak! Here we go!!
Goal #1: Weight loss of 10 lbs by Halloween
Goal #2: Weight loss of an additional 10 lbs by Thanksgiving
Goal #3: Weigh in at 260 lbs (+/- 5 lbs) by my 33rd birthday, January 27th. I'm building in a buffer of 5 lbs, because I'm (like just about everyone who struggles with losing weight)extremely hard on myself, and if I don't make the goal, I'm afraid that I might give up. I need to do this for my children, my husband, and my career. Not to mention for myself...I want to look as good as I'm sure I'll feel! :-)
As I reach my 3rd goal, I will set another several goals, and so on. This is going to be a process, and have already made a commitment for 3 weeks, and journaling will only help. Good luck to everyone here...I wish everyone great success!
