I'm slipping again with the eating...
I just ate half of my Supreme Egg, Bacon, n Cheese on a Croissant sandwich from Dunkin Donuts (with the intent to eat the other half for lunch) with a medium coffee with xtra sugar and xtra cream (DD has the BEST coffee!).
However, I'm at least keeping up with my exercise. Yesterday, my daughter and I went to the local park to walk and jog - we were at it for an hour! Then we stretched for about 15 minutes.
