Today is day 3 of my new lifestyle change. In the past 3 days, I went from 334 lbs to 331 lbs by drinking water, exercing every day and eating controlled amounts of calories. I just discovered the Fatsecret website yesterday and I'm glad I did. It has all the tools and support that I think I will need. So I joined Fatsecret this morning and I'm looking forward to posting some great results over the coming months. My journey will be much longer than most anyone's on this website since I have 200 lbs to lose. But I am optimistic.
I have 2 closets FULL of beautiful clothes that I can't wear beause I have steadily gained a ton of weight. But today is the beginning of working to one day wear those clothes.
If I succeed, this will be the biggest accomplishment of my life.
