I took a long nap yesterday and still felt tired. Moreover, I lost lots of hours that I could have spent on studying made me felt so frustrated. However, it seems it paid off. I don't feel tired this morning. Now, I can recover what I lost yesterday. I was not functioning well and not productive anyway.
I need to go doctor today though. I finally am going to get new meds. I haven't taken any this morning because it's out. I am doing well so far, so I'll take it as soon as I get it today.
Today is the third day of this week I did workout. I am glad that I did, but my study time is quite suffering. I have an exam this weekend too. I hope I can be productive and staying focus rest of the week.
