How I woke up was not bad today, but my head was not quite clear. My energy stay low even after awhile, and I coudn't function well. I ended up having three-hours nap and am still tired. I slept logn enought last night and the night before. I think this is the slump from thyroid. It has been good and suddnely hit me from nowhere like this. I also have an exam for one class this weekend, and I am slowy going behind of my schedule. I definetely won't do workout today. Doing worktou may good for the day like this, but causing stress is not good either. I really need to forcus on study today.
