Since starting the Herbalife shakes it has been going great! I learned today tho that if I eat way too many carbs I end up needing to take a nap because of the carb overload in my system!!! Maybe its not just from starting the herbalife shakes and thats been part of my problem all along and now I'm just more observant of what i eat. Either way I know i need to stay away from so many carbs in one day! :) Still excited about losing the weight! :)

I have only added straberries & banana so far

Oh I have several recipes that I use. Sugar Free puddings are a key ingredient in most all of them. Ya'll let me know and I can post a few....don't want to get bored!
