10k run done this morning. 1hr 11mins.

Ate a good breakfast before and had salmon and ratatouille for lunch.

Good day today.... Shall carry that positive attitude on to tomorrow.

Hi 10k in 71mins is 8.45km/hr. so you would have burnt off about 800 calories very well done, come Saturday you should have lost. take care and stay well.
