This week I've started back on doing to-do lists to keep me on task as well as help me see my progress (checkin' it off as I complete each task) and this has been very helpful for me with being (and feeling) productive as well as keeping me on track for this challenge.

Yesterday, after completing 5 items that have been carrying over from previous to-do lists for the past 4 days, I was finally able to tackle #9 on my to-do list: Work Out.

I followed an ab and lower body exercise routine from the previous months Fitness magazine (Daisy Fuentes on the cover). It was supposed to take me 10 minutes to do each routine, but it took me like 40 min. Oh well, more calories burned!
