I am enjoying ph 4.. =) not over doing it .. but if I want to have a bagal.. I allow my self in moderation.. or even a beer which I did yesterday. still holding stronge on my weight .. few more weeks of ph 4 and than on to dropping the final 15 pounds... feel great to be in control ...
