So, back to intermittent fasting.
Just had first meal of the day. It was more of a big brunch so I should be good for a while.
Evening meal tonight will be before 7pm following the 16/8 plan.

458 calorie first meal - 2 eggs, 2 rashes turkey bacon, cup of mushroom, 3/4 can of baked beans..... All good yeah 🤷‍♀️
