Weighed in 10 days ago, and still the same.
Can't be too disappointed but think I've reached the dreaded plateu.
Maybe I'm eating too few calories, some days do struggle to even hit 1000 calories.
Will aim for 1400 each day with some exercise too.
See what the scales say next week 🤞
