A slow week with weight loss, but that's fine. Been so much to sort at work that I've not been able to get out and exercise much. Lots of walking though in the day with the kids I look after. Still logging calories and sticking to daily goal.
Hoping to head out on 5k run tonight then a few body weight exercises. 💪
