So the Doctor ok'd me for a very low calorie start to my diet, just for a few days and it's done the trick and kick started the weightloss so that I am back to where I was when I started my journey. We talked about how it's not sustainable long term especially as I'm quite active, so I'm now prepared for a 1 to 2 lb drop per week. It was almost like a "reset" for 3 days. Now trying to stick around 1400 calories a day.
