I'm struggling with being hungry all the time this last week! Does anyone else have that problem the week before their period shows up?

OH MY GOD YES!!! The week before is WAY worse for me than the week of actually. Once I figured that out and at least could explain the out of control snack attacks I could bette prepare myself for them and be aware that they were coming. I think I do better now just because I know about them and know WHY they are happening.

Yes!! I'm ravenous ALL the time the week before ... I try to keep lots of healthy snacks around, usually fruits and it helps a little bit, I'll still be hungry less than an hour later but atleast I'm not consuming terrible junk food =)
