Tomorrow is a high calorie, high carb day :) One of my favorite days but I couldnt seem to reach target carb macronutrient goal so i bought a box of pancake mix; the new Maya ThinkHeart whole wheat pancake mix
its a good pancake mix..its protein, fat and carb content is actually similar to a serving of rolled oats. Plus its dirt cheap so I think I would mix up my Meal 2 with this pancake mix. To add more protein, i could use low-fat cottage cheese or a scoop of protein powder.
