Its kinda hard to stay motivated. I took a break from exercising because I ran a half marathon two weeks ago and you need to give your body a bit of a rest afterwards. I think this Sunday I will go for a small run. I am drinking my water, I am eating my fruit and all my vegies, plus having protein at every meal, but the weight is all over the map. I even limited my wine intake. None tonight, none last night, etc. I have had 4 small glasses this entire week. But still the weight is sllllloooooowwwww coming off. I think I should go back to Phase one and get a little jump start...

I am on phase 1 beginning today - I hope to lose weight because I haven't lost much so far - but I only have about 4 pounds left that I really want off! Congrats on the half marathon - wow! For phase 1 would you just cut out fruit and wine?

For phase 1 I cut out everything white and no alchol or fruit. So no bread, no pasta, no rice etc. I lost about 5 pounds on Phase 1 and about 2 pounds on Phase 2. I am very social, so its hard to always follow the meal plans, but I try to make the choice of the choices I have. And if I'm faced with lousy choices, I only eat a small portion. I really believe that limiting the alchol helps a lot.
