Okee dokee. I am just starting out on Phase 2 of SBD. Very much liked Phase 1, but realize that it is something that you can't stay on forever; at least this diet has a "back up" plan. If you slip up on Phase 2 and you gain a little...just go back to phase 1 for a couple of days. Although, its a bit tough once you intro those carbs back in...especially my favouritist carb....Merlot.
