wll afer just two weeks of comingoff my diet I have gined 4 pounds! This means war!
I have a wedding to attend on the 11 th sepember so I got to get (back )into my dress that I bought before the gain!
so fast weeks supply on the cmbridge I am aming on 8 pounds loss to get riht down to the weight I was at xmas (all e it fro a few daysteehee) wsh me luck mateies.
