I felt my body got more comfortable doing workout today. Today's routine was HDS (from the FIRM DVD), which should be easier if I am fit. At the same time, today was very cool day comparing to the last a couple of weeks. I wonder I felt more comfortable during workout because of room temperature. My weight is not showing good changes, but my muscles are coming back. I can feel which muscle I'm using while I am doing workout. That is why I like doing exercise :) I start feeling my body strength. My weight is not going down (yet), but it is worth doing workout, always. Now I need to focus more on what I'm eating.
