OMG!!!!! Here I thought I was doing so good when I took my grandson out to breakfast after church...NOT!!! It was buffet and all I had were eggs and meat with a tiny bit of sausage gravy (no biscuit or bread)but I put a tiny bit of blueberry syrup in a cup to dip my syrup in (thought I deserved it after NO SUGAR for 2 full weeks) and lo and behold, I enter it on here and OUCH!!! Look how many carbs are in that tiny bit of syrup!!! Holy Cow! Never doin that again!! I love this site. It sure does help you realize what's what and help you see your mistakes right away & stay on or get back on track. ***that syrup did tste pretty darn good though :-)

Well, I'm sure not gonna beat myself up over 1/4 cup of syrup in 2 weeks. Not too bad anyways. I AM mad at myself and it is all thanks to not knowing just what was hidden in that little bit of sweetness. Now I know...Eat & learn! lol
