27/08/2010 Am hoping to go for Zumba today. Not too well as I'm still coughing. Hope I can get at least half an hour done. Went a little crazy yesterday with the baguette crackers and the thai coriander dip. So sorry!! I have a goal to reach 65kgs by the end of September. Fingers crossed, I can do it!!! That will be a real achievement for me! And then it's only 7kgs more before I hit my goal weight. By then I should be accustomed to eating correctly.
Have not managed to go for zumba today and so I'm a little upset with myself. Also snacked on 4 sev puri puris, half an apple, i ryvita with the dip and some more dip!!
