Melihat timbangan yg bener2 uda di tahap mengerikan, dinner nya apple aja satu biji 😭. Tp harusnya uda stop makan jam 6. Tapi td olahraga nya pun kesorean jd yasudahlah yak. 😞

Sekarang 70 kg. Yg penting konsisten. Aku kerna gak disiplin bb jadi naik turun kemarin padahal sempet 68 naik lagi kerna males makan nasi hitam, pengennya nasi putih terus. Enak sih makannya gak terkontrol pengen nambah terus kalo nasi putih
