I had blood work done in late July, and I finally spoke with my doctor and got results. The main purpose was to observe my thyroid level. My TSH was 1.45, which is normal range. However, my new doctor told me that my previous doctor who did my thyroid surgery may want it to be lower than that since I had surgery and microscopic cancer cells. Sure enough, my last TSH was lower than 1.00. I need to contact with her tomorrow.

I got my cholesterol checked too. My total was 199. My doctor told me that it was due to my high HDL (good cholesterol) so I didn't need to worry. I checked on several website after that. My HDL is 75.2, which is relatively high. WebMD said "if your HDL is high, you should be happy", so I'll do that;) My LDL is 108.4 while ideal was lower than 100. Humm... My fat intake goes higher only when I eat really meaty dinner. Oh, peanut butter affects too. I thought I am doing them on moderation, but maybe I was wrong. Well, it would be nice that if LDL comes down below 100, but maybe I don't need to worry for now because of high HDL...
