It is so weird how my weight has changed. I am still not drinking enough water and still irregular. Maybe, it is telling me that I should eat enough, not smaller. I hope it stays here.

Horrific explosions in Boston. I was so glued on twitter and website (because I don't have cable TV) that I ate my lunch really late, like almost 4 pm. If I skip my dinner, or whatever it is, I know I will be so hungry late night or tomorrow morning. I may eat something small later night, like 9 pm.

This week's goal: 1) Do exercise five days a week. (M-HDF, T-CP, H-HDF, F-CO, S-HCF) 2) Aim 1300 kcal food intake. 3) Drink at least 4 cups of water.
