I performed limited exercise this weekend and ate completely off. Starting off this morning on the bike for 20 minutes. Going to eat right and exercise and get back on track. Wish me luck.

Good luck, I too took a vacationish, we need it occasionally. Never beat yourself over it just hop back on the horse and dust the hay off!

I agree with you but sometimes you have done so badly that you cant just dust the hay off, you need to be hosed down. LOL. Thanks for the motivation to you.
