24/08/2010 Weighed myself this morning - 67 kgs still. Not quite satisfied, but I'm getting there. I WILL do it! Keeping a tab on my calorific intake on Fatsecret has been a huge help - I wait to see what's happening whenever I log on - whether I've tried to keep my calories under 1500 kcal. Am hoping to weigh myself in a week's time although I will hop on to the scales every now and again. Got on the cross trainer today - 12 mins or so and a little Zumba practice:D BURN BURN BURN!!!
