Today's rotation was Cardio Party (from the FIRM). I sweated, a lot. Tomorrow is off day. I need good stretch tonight & tomorrow.

The last time I really tried losing weigh in 2010, I lost 15 pounds in six months. If I can lose two pounds a month, it would be great because I'm now older... :(
