OK I am so excited to write this journal!!
I was running again tonight and had another big mental break through So I thought I would share, I went to the gym with a goal in my mind to run 3-5 miles. At the 2 miles mark I just wanted to give up and go home and go to bed, and go tomorrow morning and run my 6 miles. But I kept going one mile at a time, by the time I was done with mile 4 I was feeling great and ran my 6.2 miles in a record time of 67 minutes, my point is not that I ran the miles but I came to a big acknowledgement.
You can do anything you put your mind to, The only one stopping you is yourself, YOu can choice to be your own worst enemy or your own best friend, There is ever only one barrier stopping us in our own life and that is ourselves, we all come from different backgrounds and have had crap happen to us, but it's what we choice to do with that crap put it in the past and move on. I am going to try hard to be my new own best friend, I have been giving only one body and I need to treat it right.
