Let's do this thang again.
Started couch to 5k yesterday.
Advocare 24-day challenge to be delivered tomorrow to give me a kick start.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
