well I did over eat today but not exactly OVER THE TOP I did n't have anything fattening and I was under 1,400 calories so i knw ther will be no weight loss BUT I do know that I needed to have a lapse today
I pigged out on fruit , and had a stir fry when I wasn't even that hungry THATS WHAT I SHOULDNT HAV DONE AS I AM TRYING TO ET ONLY WHEN IM HUNGRY!
