It looks like TOM is just around the corner. The cramps came from the middle of nowhere during workout, and I couldn't finish 40-minutes workout DVD. I took pain medication immediately and am hoping it will be better soon. If I feel better, I may try elliptical later. Otherwise, I need to make up with tomorrow which was scheduled to have lighter workout.
ETA... My pain became manageable, so I redid the DVD from the top and finished 40-minutes. I feel good of myself. I skipped elliptical instead though:p
