I have not had the best few weeks. I had three meals out this past week where I did not exercise the control and restraint that I should have.I could have made better choices or substitutions. That being said I will read my WW handout and redidicate myself to doing better with tracking.I know I can and will be successful. I have already proven that by following the plan weight loss is the inevitable result. I will keep up the good work and reach 175.
