Today is race day, and I will spend the day driving 3 hours each way to the track, and walking around the track all day. Hopefully, I can avoid too much junk food and beverages, but it'll be difficult. Maybe the accidental exercise will even it out. Only tomorrow morning's weigh in will tell.
