OMG 420 Calories are in one Serving of Burger King Veggie Burger and to think I forgot to tell them no Mayo. I'm definitely going to burn off these waste junk calories later on my exercise machine. Now I see why they say JUNK FOOD is CRAP.

Well, if you ordered that over a burger and fries, you are doing okay. It is healthier and the calories aren't that bad. It's the sodium in the food that is really bad. Get in your water.

Suzi61, LOL Fries, burger, yucky lol.... I don't consume red meat. I try to avoid sodium as well, but it's in almost everything u consume. I drink minimum 2 litres of water every day. More but not less ;)
