I think my biggest challenge is after supper. Once I sit down to watch TV it is like an alarm goes off, I need a sugar fix or something to munch on..this is always been my downfall. I have a pretty good handle on day time eating. I took the dog for a walk last nite..1st. time in many months. I'm sure she enjoyed it too.
