So I am just starting to diet. I had a baby three months ago and now I have just platued on loosing weight. I gained eighty pound when I was pregnant. Most of it was water but I have only lost forty pounds. That is just depressing. Now I just have to find the time to work out with a new baby and work. Thank god I mostly am on my feet for ten hours at work.
