Little sleep last night, so I skipped the workout this morning. Did a 20 minute dog walk, however. Trying to record everything I eat. Saw a recent article that said it's a good strategy.

I saw that article too- I think it came up on my google news. Although I'm always glad to see scientific evidence for this kind of thing, it seemed kind of like a no duh in a way. At least it offers support for the fatsecret food journal (and I'm sure similar efforts by other people promoting weight loss efforts).
