yesterday was. my Yosemite hike... my legs are killing me.. I hate well .. I felt I needed to to keep my strength.. Im up 2 puond.. but Im back on protocol as of today...let see if I can get back on track..

that was ATE well ugh .. prob ate too much ..and I could have skip the pizza .. but was up 24 hours... no rest and a tuff hiking day..
