I'm looking at my weight history right now and it looks sorta like a constellation :)

Anyway...I'm finally feeling a bit of momentum...I'm able to look those snacks a work in the eye and turn them down :) PLUS...I found out that if I can keep my calorie intake down by 500, I'll lose a pound a week. This week I've averaged about 800 calories under my total calorie usage/day....pretty damn good. At this rate I'll lose about 1.5 pounds by Sunday. I'm excited to test my theory!

Be extremely careful about cutting calories too low - your body will think it's starving and hold onto every single calorie you take in, thereby actually gaining weight again!

I know I know :) I wish exercise counted towards you points here! then I wouldn't feel the need to even LOOK at them. Thank you for the advice!
