Wow, I finally reach to my goal! I cannot believe it! Right now is "lighter weight" time of the month, and I predict my weight to increase soon. Since I have about 2 pounds margin through a day, I need to reach 113 lb at least to be sure and claim my accomplishment.
During last weekend, I ate dinner before 8 pm. It is really early for me. I often eat after 8 pm, sometimes after 9 pm. Since I usually sleep around 12 am or later, I didn't think it was a big deal. However, it definitely showed on my recent weight loss, I think. I really make effort to eat dinner early.
I woke up with backache this morning. It seems the alignment of my lower back is wrong because my hip bones somehow loosened. This occasionally happened but I don't know what is the cause. Of course, I do have problem with my hip joints, so it is not a surprise to me. I decided to record it whenever it happened, so I may able to find the cause, a particular activity, or the time of my body cycle. I am going to wear a support belt around my hip joints, that eases my back pain, all day today.
